The fabric is made from recycled cotton collected during yarn spinning and production offcuts, blended with luxurious extra-long staple cotton. Knitted in Japan at low tension and slow speed, the resulting jersey offers substantial weight while maintaining comfortable movement and softness.

Each T-shirt is hand-dyed in Amami, Japan using Sharinbai wood, a native tree traditionally used in the region's dyeing practices. The natural variations in the slub fabric absorb the dye at different rates, creating subtle tonal depth and a unique finish on every piece.
