Due to ongoing changes in duties, tariffs, and cross border shipping costs, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States. We know this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to resume U.S. shipping when circumstances allow. Thank you for being part of the Danali family.

To return an online purchase, please follow these steps:

• Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your package.
• Please email returns@danali.ca to initiate the return - The subject line should contain your online order number.
• We will email you back with instructions to process the return.

Once your return request has been accepted, please have the order shipped back to us. Returned items must be received by us within 14 days. We do not take care of the cost of returns.

We are unable to offer exchanges online at this time. We recommend either returning your order and placing a new order online or visiting us at our physical store located in Winnipeg to process an exchange

All orders will be shipped from our location within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive notification via email once your package has been shipped.
