Pure Blue Japan’s “double slub” series denim is a proprietary 16oz selvage denim with an amazing texture. The fabric is a mid weight but looks like heavy weight denim. PBJ uses small scale production with low tension weaving on vintage shuttle looms helping create this unique slub texture they’re known for. The jeans have custom nickel buttons, natural deerskin patch and the signature detail of the PBJ indigofera leaf embroidery on the back pocket.
